The jury convicted appellant of possession of anhydrous ammonia in a container that was not designed and manufactured to hold anhydrous ammonia. TEX. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN. § 504.001(a)(1) (Vernon 2003). The jury found that two enhancement allegations were true and assessed punishment at 17 years imprisonment.
