FACTS
This matter arises from a Petition for Damages filed by Eula Guidry Ardoin (the plaintiff) on September 25, 2001, in the Fourteenth Judicial District Court. In that Petition, the plaintiff claimed that in order to construct a wooden deck and ramp at her home, she purchased lumber from Stine Lumber Company and Griffith Lumber Company, Inc.
