This case involves the interpretation of a provision in a lease between SouthTrust Bank ("SouthTrust") and Copeland One, L.L.C. ("Copeland One"). The lease, drafted by SouthTrust, provided for a freestanding automated teller machine ("ATM") to be operated by SouthTrust on property owned by Copeland One (the "ATM lease").
