WILKINSON, Circuit Judge:

Appellant Schramm, Inc. contracted with Shipco Transport, Inc. to transport a mobile drilling rig from the Port of Baltimore, Maryland, to the Port of Arica, Chile. When the vessel carrying the rig stopped at an intermediate port in Charleston, South Carolina, the ship's master ordered for security reasons...
