Appellant Sharon White, who sued appellee Randy Mattingly for battery and outrage, appeals from a judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV) that set aside a $10,000 jury verdict in her favor. We reverse and remand with directions to reinstate the jury's verdict.

White was a teacher and Mattingly was a principal in the Bentonville School District in 1999 when they began a relationship that can best be characterized as a flirtation...
