William Geiersbach was injured during a Tri-State University ("Tri-State") baseball team drill organized by head coach Dave Wagner and led by assistant coach Josh Wagner.1 Geiersbach brought suit against Tri-State, Dave, Josh, and teammate Robert Frieje.
