In this breach of contract case, a jury awarded appellee Checkpoint Systems, Inc. $2,565,500, plus interest and attorney's fees against appellants Richard Nip and Nip Lung Kwan. The case arises from a dispute over whether appellants complied with several material provisions of a Purchase and Sale Agreement ("Agreement"), in which Checkpoint agreed to purchase AW Printing, a business owned by appellants.
