After a Greene County Deputy found what appeared to be a meth lab in a shed on the property of appellant, Myron George, both appellant and Martin Strugala were arrested. Following appellant's arrest, a search, executed pursuant to a warrant, revealed a working meth lab, components used to produce methamphetamine, and finished methamphetamine.
