Dr. Joseph J. Hardee, D.C., (Hardee) appeals from a superior court order affirming a disciplinary decision of the North Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners (the Board) which established Hardee's sanction for being convicted of two felonies involving moral turpitude. We affirm.
