RUDMAN, J.

[¶ 1] Lovely Development, Inc. appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Mead, J.) in favor of Arthur Reardon. Lovely Development asserts, inter alia, that the evidence does not support the damages award. We agree and vacate the judgment.
