This suit arises out of an automobile accident. The plaintiffs were stopped in anticipation of making a left hand turn when they were struck first by a truck driven by Anthony Melancon, owned by Delta Beverage, and insured by Reliance Insurance, and then by a truck driven by Billy Martin and insured by Allstate Insurance Company. Prior to trial, the plaintiffs stipulated that none of their individual claims was in excess of $50,000.00....
