Defendant Don Brown appeals from a jury verdict that found him guilty of a single count of knowingly possessing a firearm despite a prior felony conviction, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). Defendant testified at trial and conceded that he briefly had his brother's .25 caliber pistol in his possession but contended that he took it because his brother was intoxicated and he wished to make certain that the gun was safely stored...
