The defendant, Kenneth Boykin, appeals from the judgments of the trial court revoking his probation and committing him to the custody of the commissioner of correction for a total effective sentence of fifteen years. The defendant claims that (1) the court improperly admitted certain evidence, (2) prosecutorial misconduct deprived him of his right to due process and (3) the judgment is not supported by the evidence.
