Clark violated Rule 42 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona, Ethical Rule (ER) 8.4(c) (stating that it is professional misconduct for a lawyer to "engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation") and ER 8.4(d) (prohibiting lawyers from "engag[ing] in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration...
