CALABRIA, Judge.

Philip Ray Dawkins, Jr. ("defendant") seeks review of a judgment entered on a jury verdict of guilty for first-degree murder.1 We find no error.

The State's evidence at trial tended to show the following: on 13 April 1995, Robert Beck ("Beck") discovered a body wrapped in a trash bag, towel, and blanket floating in the Blewett Falls Lake area. The body was also encircled with chains and ropes to which were attached...
