Petitioner Valentin Boykov, a citizen of Bulgaria, petitions for review of two orders of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA"), one rescinding its order to reopen and remand his case to an immigration judge, and the other affirming the immigration judge's decision denying his application for adjustment of status. The Department of Homeland Security moves to dismiss Boykov's petitions for lack of jurisdiction. We conclude that we have jurisdiction...
