¶ 1. Barber Seafood, Inc. and Mississippi Restaurant Association Workmen's Compensation Trust appeal the decision of the Circuit Court of Pearl River County affirming in part and reversing in part the ruling of the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission. Sandra Louise Smith cross-appeals. Finding no error, we affirm.
