This appeal arises from a trial court judgment partitioning the community of acquets and gains formerly existing between Jonathan Sheridon and Diane Sheridon. Mr. Sheridon appeals certain aspects of the judgment. We chose to consider this appeal en banc to resolve a conflict between panels of this court involving one of the issues raised in this appeal. For the following reasons, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and render judgment on those issues...
