The first is whether summary judgment was properly granted to the City of Edmond on Plaintiff's claim that she was injured because of an improperly maintained crosswalk. The second is whether the University of Central Oklahoma owed Plaintiff a duty to install additional traffic signs to create a different and safer crosswalk on a public street not maintained by the University.
