Appellant, Texaco, Inc. ("Texaco"), appeals a default judgment rendered in favor of appellees, Ann Thi Phan, Khoa Kim Nguyen, Victor Nguyen, and Ngoc Nguyen (collectively, "the Owners"). We determine (1) whether the evidence, is legally and factually sufficient to support the trial court's finding that Texaco received actual knowledge of the default judgment three days after it was mailed by the Harris County District Clerk's Office...
