On May 20, 2002 the State filed a bill of information charging the defendant-appellant Jamal Bradley with one count of possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, a violation of La. R.S. 40:966(A)(1). He entered a not guilty plea at arraignment on May 23, 2002. A motion to suppress and preliminary hearing were held on May 31, 2002 at the conclusion of which the court denied the motion...
