Bob and Linda Powell purchased a membership in the Platinum Plus Grand Getaways Vacation and Travel Club from Vavro, McDonald, and Assoc., L.L.C. d/b/a Sun Country Travel ("Sun Country Travel"). After the Powells discovered that
