HUDSON, Judge.

Defendant appeals judgments entered after trial by jury, which awarded $95,000 in punitive damages and $34,381.90 in attorney fees to plaintiff for breach of fiduciary duty. Defendant argues that the court erred in failing to dismiss the claims against her, in exercising in personam jurisdiction over her, and in awarding punitive damages and attorney fees to plaintiff.
