Randolph Martin appeals from the Bankruptcy Court's decision that his debt to Union Planters Bank National Association (Bank), evidenced by a promissory note executed on December 17, 2001, was excepted from discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B) because Martin secured the loan through the use of a false financial statement.
