A jury found appellant, Roberto Rodriguez, guilty of two felony offenses— driving while intoxicated (DWI) and endangering a child—and found true an enhancement paragraph that a deadly weapon, a motor vehicle, was used in the commission of the offenses. The jury assessed punishment at confinement in prison for four years for the DWI and confinement in state jail for two years for the endangering a child...
