OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Goodrich & Pennington Mortgage Fund, Inc., appeals from a district court judgment awarding it damages in connection with a negligent appraisal performed by J.R. Woolard, Inc. Goodrich contends that the district court's award failed to include the entirety of the damages proximately caused by Woolard's negligence. We affirm.
