On March 25, 2003, we dismissed Faye Coffield's appeal upon finding that she had not been made a party to the original action, and thus had no standing to appeal. Coffield then petitioned the Supreme Court of Georgia for writ of certiorari. The Supreme Court granted the petition and remanded the case to this court for a determination of whether this court had jurisdiction to hear Coffield's appeal.
