The appellant, William Jarrett, appeals his convictions for sodomy, object sexual penetration, and four counts of aggravated sexual battery. Appellant argues the trial court erred in refusing to suppress the evidence discovered on his computer by a hacker, known as "Unknownuser." Specifically, appellant contends that because Unknownuser had helped secure the arrest and conviction of a child pornographer one...
