{¶ 1} The instant appeal stems from two final judgments of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas. In the first judgment, the court found in favor of appellees, Gregory S. Kudla and Baker Vehicle Systems, on both claims for relief of appellants, Martha and William Cupp. In the second, the court rejected appellants' arguments that certain errors had occurred during the underlying proceedings...
