Early in the evening of December 10, 2000, James Spina and Charles Brooks Wynn were operating all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) around the beach at Rock Pond in Georgetown. The vehicles collided, causing personal injury to Wynn. The accident occurred in proximity to 83 Lakeshore Drive where Spina resided with his wife, Peyton Power. Wynn commenced an action alleging negligence by Spina and negligent entrustment...
