Juan Costilla appeals a jury verdict and judgment on his products liability claims against Crown Equipment Corporation d/b/a Crown Lift Trucks Company. In seven issues, Costilla complains the trial judge erred in admitting and excluding certain evidence; failing to submit a requested jury instruction; and permitting testimony by Crown's expert.
