We granted leave to appeal in this case to determine whether the fees for copies of property tax records requested from a county treasurer are computed according to the fee schedule provided in the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), M.C.L. § 15.231 et seq., or that provided in the transcripts and abstracts of records act (TARA), M.C.L. § 48.101.
