On July 20, 2001, a federal grand jury returned a thirty-three count superceding indictment against eighteen defendants, including all five of the Appellants in this consolidated appeal. Three of the Appellants — Bobby Suggs, Seantai Suggs, and Aaron Davis — were convicted by a jury of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than fifty grams of cocaine...
