PER CURIAM.

Appellee William Franklyn Jones, administrator of the estate of his deceased father William Frankie Jones, filed a wrongful-death suit in the Craighead County Circuit Court against Appellant Rose Care, Inc., d/b/a Rose Skill Care Nursing Center. Following a jury trial, the trial court entered a judgment in favor of Appellee and awarded $10,000 in compensatory damages and $250,000 in punitive damages. Appellant now seeks to appeal the judgment.
