Danielle M. Rose, M.D. ("plaintiff") appeals the trial court's grant of directed verdict in favor of Lake Norman Pediatrics, P.A. ("defendant") on her claims for wrongful termination of health insurance coverage under the Consolidated Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1985 ("COBRA") and breach of contract.
