MINZNER, Justice.

{1} Petitioner appeals, pursuant to Rule 5-802 NMRA 2004, from action taken by the district court on his petition for habeas corpus. The district court awarded Petitioner additional good-time credits but otherwise denied the relief requested. We granted certiorari pursuant to Rule 12-501 NMRA 2004.
