Tanya Katrina Williams, now known as Katrina Wimer, appeals the district court's order changing the residential custody of her son, Dalton. Following the order, Dalton's residential custody was placed with his father, Patrick Kenneth Williams, while residential custody of Dalton's full sister, Ashley, remained with Katrina. On appeal, Katrina contends that the separation of siblings effected by the district court's order violated the legislative mandate...
