Appellant Ryan Kenneth Holcomb appeals his conviction for possession of a controlled substance, to wit: cocaine in an amount of less than one gram. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. § 481.115(b) (West 2003). The trial court assessed punishment at two years in the state jail but suspended the imposition of sentence and placed appellant on community supervision (probation) for a term of five years...
