[¶ 1.] William J. Janklow (Janklow) appeals the trial court's refusal to stay execution of his sentence and grant bail pending his appeal. Janklow filed a motion to suspend the rules pursuant to SDCL 15-26A-2 and requested that this Court hear this matter on an expedited basis.
