While attending a soccer tournament in which his son was a participant, plaintiff D. James Sutton (hereinafter plaintiff) was struck by a soccer ball kicked by a 16-year-old boy practicing on one of the soccer fields between games. Thereafter, plaintiff and his wife, derivatively, commenced this personal injury action against organizations and teams sponsoring and/or participating in the tournament, as well as the boy who kicked the ball, seeking to recover...
