John D. Feazell sued Hassan Gregg for personal injuries suffered when Feazell fell in the driveway of the house he rented from Gregg. Gregg failed to answer, and Feazell obtained a default judgment against him. Gregg then moved to set aside the judgment and to open default, both of which motions the court eventually granted. After discovery, Gregg moved for summary judgment, which the court also granted....
