On that earlier occasion, we disagreed with the trial judge's determination that plaintiff had no standing to pursue his assignor's claim, but concluded that the dismissal of the complaint should be affirmed because the evidence adduced at trial did not demonstrate, or permit a legitimate inference, that defendant Mellon PSFS breached...
