FLAUM, Chief Judge.

In 2003, a jury found Roger D. Sanapaw guilty of two counts of knowingly and intentionally distributing marijuana. Sanapaw now appeals and challenges the jury instruction given at his trial defining marijuana as well as the sufficiency of the evidence showing that the substance he distributed was marijuana. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
