The Hatfield Township Municipal Authority (Hatfield) petitions for review of an order of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) that denied Hatfield's exceptions to the initial decision of an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) and dismissed Hatfield's complaint against the PECO Energy Company (PECO).
