{¶ 1} Plaintiffs, Robert and Renee Reese, individually and as the parents of Austin Reese, appeal from the trial court's grant of summary judgment1 in favor of defendant, Fidelity & Guaranty Insurance Co. ("Fidelity"). On or about June 7, 1996, Renee Reese and her son, Austin, sustained personal injuries as the result of an uninsured motorist.
