GREENWOOD, Judge:

¶ 1 Wesley Van Dyke (Husband) appeals from the trial court's decision to partially grant Joye Van Dyke's (Wife) Verified Petition to Modify Decree of Divorce and extend Husband's alimony payments for the length of the parties' marriage. Husband argues that Wife's chronic health problems, which formed the basis for the trial court's ruling, were foreseeable at the time of the parties' divorce decree and did not meet the definition...
