On April 29, 2000, sixteen-year old Aaron Frayer committed suicide while incarcerated at the Ingham County Jail in Mason, Michigan. In this action, Carol Soles, Aaron's grandmother and personal representative of his estate, sues various persons and entities who were responsible for his care and welfare while incarcerated.
