This is an appeal from the Juvenile Division of the Benton County Circuit Court, terminating appellants' parental rights as to their minor child, J.P. On appeal, appellants do not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence used to terminate their parental rights; instead, they contend that the trial court committed reversible error because it failed to hold a permanency planning hearing.
