MEMORANDUM OPINION

OSTEEN, District Judge.

Debtors Gregory Alan Shaw and Martha Hicks Shaw have appealed a December 16, 2003, order dismissing their Chapter 7 case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b). On appeal, the Bankruptcy Court's conclusions of law are subject to de novo review. In re Deutchman, 192 F.3d 457, 459 (4th Cir.1999). Factual findings are reversible only where they are clearly erroneous.
