WILDER, J.

Defendant appeals by right his convictions of felony murder, MCL 750.316; assault with intent to rob while armed, MCL 750.89; and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony (felony-firearm), MCL 750.227b, following a jury trial.1 We affirm defendant's convictions of felony murder and felony-firearm and vacate defendant's conviction of assault with intent to rob while armed.
